Return Policy
Last UpdatedThis page describes how returns and adjustments work for items ordered through the small catalog of Vortalexzly. The intention is to keep the process simple and respectful for everyone involved.
1. Window for adjustments
You may request an adjustment or a return within fourteen calendar days of receiving an item. To begin, please write to the studio with the order reference and a short note about what is not quite right.
2. Condition of the item
- The item should be in the same condition as when it arrived.
- Original packaging is appreciated where it remains practical.
- Care notes and printed inserts should be kept inside the packaging.
3. How to send an item back
Once we agree on a return, we share a calm step-by-step note that includes a return address, suggested courier options, and packaging tips. You are welcome to take a few days to organise the return that suits your week.
4. Refunds and exchanges
When the returned item is received and reviewed, we will let you know whether you have asked for a refund or a calm exchange for a different colour or size. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and exchanges are sent through a tracked courier.
5. Items that are not part of returns
- Made-to-order pieces produced specifically for one workspace.
- Care and printable items that have already been opened from sealed packaging.
6. Damage during transit
If a parcel arrives with visible damage, please write to the studio with a short note and a few photos of the packaging. We will work with the courier to organise a calm replacement or refund.
7. Updates
If we adjust this policy, the date at the top of the page will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
8. Contact
To start a return or an adjustment, write to the studio through the contact page. We aim to reply within two working days, Monday to Friday, in New Zealand time.
